Payment for services is due at the time a dental treatment is provided. Every effort will be made to provide a treatment plan that fits your timetable and budget while giving you the best possible care. We do offer a 5% discount to those patients without insurance who pay by cash or personal check. We also accept most major credit cards.

Before your visit, we ask that you fill out our new patient forms at home and bring them in when you visit us. This way, you won’t have to waste time filling them out in the office. We’ll input your information into our system and guide you back to one of our comfortable treatment rooms, where you’ll meet with Dr. Kobza and one of our dental hygienists. We’ll take X-rays of your mouth, if necessary, and conduct a thorough examination of your teeth and gums. Finally, we’ll clean, polish, and floss your teeth, leaving your smile feeling fresh and healthy.
Before visiting our office, we ask that you download and fill out our new patient forms before coming in. That way, you won’t need to sit in our waiting room and fill them out in the office. This will also help us see you faster.

As a courtesy to our patients, we will be happy to file all dental insurance claims for you so that you can receive the maximum amount of benefits available for your treatment. We are in-network PPO providers for Delta Dental and BlueCross BlueShield - but our team makes insurance easy for ALL providers. Don't worry - we have you covered! There are never any surprises, and we work hard to ensure you're on-board with any potential out-of-pocket costs before we ever do any treatment.
For patients who don’t have dental insurance, we also offer a simple-to-navigate and easy-to-use in-house savings plan. After paying one annual fee, you can gain access to all of the routine preventive services you’ll need throughout the year, including dental cleanings, checkups, X-rays, fluoride treatments, and even an emergency exam.
