Every member has years of experience and advanced training, but more importantly, they are just a group of kind, friendly people who are dedicated to making sure our patients have the best dental experience possible. They’ll make sure you always have everything you need for your appointments and that no question goes unanswered. Read on below to get to know some of the friendly faces you’ll meet here at Kobza Dental.
A Falls City native, Abby started working in dentistry in 2010 and continues her work with Dr. Kobza. She earned a diploma in dental assisting before completing a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Lincoln. As a dental hygienist, she loves helping others achieve better oral health, and she enjoys our office’s friendly atmosphere. Her hobbies include photography, gardening, and spending time with friends and family.
Jenna has more than a decade of dentistry experience, and she joined our team in 2018. She loves having the opportunity to meet new patients and help them understand the importance of maintaining good oral health. She studied dental hygiene at Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, and Jenna maintains a CPR and local anesthesia certification. Originally from Bern, she lives outside of Dubois, Nebraska. She and her husband, Cody, are the proud parents of three daughters, Callie, Terryn, and Logan. When she’s not hard at work or spending time with friends and family, Jenna enjoys reading, playing volleyball, and fishing.
Michelle was born and raised right here in Falls City, NE. She completed her studies at both the University of Nebraska and UNMC College of Dentistry, and she currently has over two full decades of experience in the world of dentistry. Since joining our team in 2020, she has thoroughly enjoyed meeting each patient and helping them on their journey to pristine oral health. Outside the office, Michelle spends every minute she can with her husband, Dennis, daughter, Cecelia, and son, Asa. She loves life on the farm, being outdoors, and quality time with friends and family. One thing you may not know about her is that she enjoys learning about interior design!
Marisa moved to Nebraska while in high school, and she’s been working for Kobza Dental, PC since it was founded. She handles most of the “behind the scenes” work, including bookkeeping and advertising. Concerning the practice, she loves that she and the other team members are able to balance having fun with hard work. Her detail-oriented, Type A personality, as well as her affinity for multi-tasking and planning ahead, make her a great fit for her position! Marisa is married to Travis, and together, they have five children. When she’s not busy at the office, she enjoys reading and cooking – feeding others is a love of hers! She’s also very involved with the community, her church, and her children’s activities. She’s always eager to travel as well.
Veronica has been a member of the Kobza Dental family since 2016. A native of Falls City, she received an associates degree from Southeast Community College before returning to the city she loves. She has her coronal polishing and radiology certification from UNMC, and is CPR certified. Her favorite part of this position is seeing so many beautiful smiles every day! Outside of work, she is married with two kids and also comes from a big family of eight. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with loved ones and simply being outdoors.
Hannah has been a member of our team since 2018, and she loves being able to help patients achieve their perfect smiles! She has an associated degree in Business Administration from Southeast Community College. She has her coronal polishing and radiology certification from UNMC, and is CPR certified. Originally from Falls City, her favorite hobbies include hanging out with her siblings, nieces, and nephews, baking, and playing volleyball.
Hannah originates from Falls City, NE. As one of our newest team members, she has gained an extensive amount of experience through on-the-job training at our practice. You’ll find her helping around the office during various kinds of dental procedures as well as educating our patients on the best ways to maintain beautiful and healthy pearly whites. Her favorite thing about her job is being part of a wonderful team. When she isn’t at the office, Hannah is likely spending quality time with her friends and loved ones. She also enjoys taking her dog on walks. One interesting thing about her: she’s left-handed!
One of the newest members of our team, Diana joined our practice in September 2021. Since day one, her teachable nature, love for our team, and care for our patients have made her a perfect addition. Originally from Idaho, she attended Eastern Idaho Vocational Technical School (now known as the College of Eastern Idaho). Away from the office, Diana enjoys spending time with her loved ones, including her husband of nearly 40 years, her three outstanding children, her incredible grandson, and her two fur babies. She also enjoys “creative planning,” using stickers, washi tape, paint, and other tools to create her gratitude log, write down her favorite scriptures, track her bucket list items, and more!
A newer addition to our practice, Heidi is an excellent treatment coordinator. After all, she has over twenty-five years of dental experience. Furthermore, she’s done work on the clinical and business sides. As such, you can trust her judgment as she does what she loves – assist patients in reaching their dental goals!
A Nebraska native, Heidi lives on a lake nearby and has a wonderful daughter. She loves to travel, garden, and go boating during her off-hours. Most of all, her heart is set on doing anything involving water and sunshine.
